A deeply caramelized treasure trove of fruit and nuts - candied cherries, citron, raisins, whole almonds, Marsala wine - both soft and crunchy, sweet and salty. A very old, very traditional cookie from Rome's Jewish quarter.

Aged for just over 8 years in olivewood barrels, this balsamic is made in from indigenous grapes grown in the Cattani's own vineyard outside of Modena, IT. Rich and sweet, with earthy, sun-warmed flavor. Drizzle it on salads, roasted vegetables, grilled meats, even fruits and ice cream!

Description from Trailhead: Brew it stronger and it will act like a darker roast but without bitterness. We put some single-origin-grade coffees into this blend. We start with a direct-trade natural process Brazil which makes up 2/3 of the blend. We then blend this with 1/3 of a rotating seasonal coffee. We seek a coffee in the style of an Ethiopia - berry forward and fruity. We are always searching for something that’ll make this as juicy as it can be! Two hundred degrees is optimal for this coffee. Created in 1965, Crodino has been part of the Italian lifestyle since the 1960s. The original recipe has never been changed. A blend of botanicals that's been infused for six months, Crodino has a citrusy spiciness with herbal and woody undertones. It has lingering orange and fruity notes, and a spicy aftertaste. With dark fruits, spice, and plenty of muscle to this classic Chianti, this wine really lives up to it’s tradition of being a food wine (in Tuscany). This family has owned the winery since 1546, and this is the ONLY wine they produce. It is celebrated by wine writers worldwide as being one of the most consistently delicious, affordable Chiantis in existence. This wine LOVES pizza and stronger or richer cheeses, but it is also great with barbecue or cured meats, and can even stand up to a steak. We had this last year at Bella’s, but I thought it’d be fun to change it up for the holidays, so we replaced it. BUT THEN they imported the new 2019 vintage, which is my favorite vintage I have had of this wine yet, and I couldn’t wait until I had another chance to bring it back. Easily one of the most impressive big reds you can get for under $20.
